Refill In-Store With Us!

Come refill with us in-store! With strict safety protocols, we have reopened for in-store shopping, and we are so happy to share this space with you again!

Limiting capacity to two customers at a time, we are accepting walk-ins, or you can make an appointment to avoid any potential line!

You are welcome to bring your own containers or purchase ours for reuse. We are prohibited from refilling containers with product inside, so please bring containers that are clean, empty and dry. Additional safety protocols are listed below- please check them out!

We are still offering pick up and delivery services!

PICK UP

Order online and pick up same day! Orders are ready in one hour. We prepare orders in reusable containers and most are returnable for deposit. Pick ups are easy and contact-free in the parking lot behind our shop!

DELIVERY

We'll bring refills to your door! Our entire store is available for delivery. To view weekly order deadline and all the zip codes we deliver to, please check out our delivery form!

SHIPPING

Our non-refill items are also available for shipping within the continental United States. Gift messages and gift receipts are available just in time for the holidays! Order online and choose shipping as your fulfillment option.

We are following all recommendations by Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and have certified our operations and all of our employees through their self-certification training videos and resources.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW PRIOR TO REFILLING IN-STORE:

Stay home if you are ill or have symptoms.

We are limiting in-store refilling to two customers at a time. You will be asked to wash hands at our hand washing station upon arrival.

BYO Containers are welcome! Containers must be CLEAN, EMPTY and DRY. This is a Public Health order, and we are unable to refill containers with product inside. You are also welcome to purchase any of our containers and reuse!

We will sanitize the exterior of you containers and refill per your instructions. Hard plastic containers are ok! We cannot sanitize or refill paper, cloth, cardboard, pouches or similar containers.

As always, face covering and physical distancing are required at all times.
