Update from Tranquil Sole Massage about COVID-19

Tranquil Sole Massage

Dear Tranquil Sole Massage community,

It is so good to be back to work! I've realized how much I really love what I do. Nice to have that affirmation. I have a few quick updates.

- I will be limiting my clients per day to only two. This allows for an hour between clients in the room, as well as sufficient turnover time. You may be contacted by me as I work to rearrange days with three or four clients.

- Please bring a bottle of water for after your massage. You can keep it in your car or bring it in if it will get too hot, but I am not serving water at this time.

- Masking seems to be going fine and I appreciate that! People to have concerns prior, but I haven't heard complaints after. When face down, you remove the mask and instead have a little more breathing room with a "hammock" I've put in place using a pillow case. Then when it's time to turn over, the mask goes on. Keep in mind you are not running stairs on a hot, humid day. You are hopefully not exerting yourself at all! I keep a fan circulating air in the room, and the room temp at 71-74 degrees.

-Please consider the following questions prior to your appointment (these are also in the reminder a day in advance):
COVID-19 screening:
› Have you been asked to self isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 14 days?
› Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem)?
› Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or
someone exhibiting cold or flulike symptoms within the last 14 days?
› Have you been tested for COVID-19? What type of test did you have? When were you tested? What was the result?
Please cancel if you are sick. The 24 hour policy does not apply. I do not work on sick people, period. I'll try to get you in when you are feeling better, but please understand that we are working in close quarters and there are other people sharing that space over the course of a day. If you do have a cough or other signs of respiratory illness, you will be turned away.
If you are a returning client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so we can start on time. If you are late, I may have to cut your session short to remain on time. **Please do not arrive much earlier than that, so that I have time to fully clean the massage room prior to your arrival**.

Thank you for your continued support!
