Hello Everyone!
Now accepting waxing and tinting appointments ONLY! Facials are still not allowed at this time : (
Schedule is limited so make your appointment soon. I will email you a Covid form to sign, must complete before your service, you are welcome to E-Sign it or bring it with you.
What we are doing to keep you safe at Refresh Skin Lab/ Urban Luxury Salons
:
• Common areas and studios have been “fog’ sanitized and we will continue to do so twice a week
• Our exhaust system completely replaces the air in the salon 10 times per hour
• Limited Staff and Guests
• We will all wear Masks and gloves (washing hands in-between services and throughout the day)
• Additional time to fully disinfect and sanitize between clients
What I am asking of you:
• Please wait in your car until I text you as there will not be a waiting area available
• Preferably no beverages (but I’m flexible). We will not have beverage service available
• Please do not bring anything other than phone, wallet, or small purse
• Contactless payments only (Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, cash or checks. No credit or gift cards at this time)
• If you forget a mask, I have them available for $5
• I will provide gloves $1, OR sanitizer (mandatory)
• Do not bring anyone with you (this includes children)
• Covid 19 form must be completed before services
