Update from Tranquil Sole Massage about COVID-19

Tranquil Sole Massage

Dear Tranquil Sole Massage community,

After being off for several weeks due to COVID and whatever pre-COVID illness I had, I'm back to work! Every time I've been off for some reason, when I return I feel so much gratitude for my clients, as well as work that I thoroughly love. Thank you for your grace and understanding. I know I have the very best clients in the industry! One brought this beautiful bouquet :-) As far as recovery, I'm mostly better. Still quite fatigued in the afternoons and heading to bed very early, but slowly improving. I know it could have been much worse and I have so much to be grateful for.

That said, I'm not quite up to filling cancellations yet. Hopefully soon!

Masks are optional at this time. You all know by now I don't mind wearing one. I did receive my booster shot on 11/12/2021 and with "hybrid immunity" I should be set.

As a reminder, the collections for Tri-County Council on Domestic Violence and Wild Instincts will be presented next month. For November, I'm splitting all of my cash tips between the two.

My Personal Trainer Certification studies are moving right along. I was particularly thinking of many of you when I was studying postural and flexibility assessments. I look forward to passing my test on December 29th and beginning to take official clients in January! My focus will be on women who are looking for lifestyle change and general fitness. It's kind of nice to see the snow outside as I write this letter. Makes me want to run the fireplace during massages and enjoy the cozy time even more. I hope you are all in good health and look forward to seeing you soon!

Warmly,
Andrea Engel, RN, LMT, Health Coach
