This isn't a yoga retreat, but that doesn't mean you aren't going to move! Our in-house Pilates instructor Mariah Sotelino will lead us through daily gentle movement classes and breath work to help you embody your body. Mariah has over 25 years of expertise and a keen eye for identifying your physical imbalances. Classes will be held on the gorgeous two-story private dock, weather permitting.

Movement Medicine: Shoulders
One-hour Pilates-based class devoted to restoring freedom, strength, and coordination through the shoulders, neck, and upper back. A thoughtful balance of mobility and stability work that supports posture and reduces strain.
Movement Medicine: Spine
Over the course of the hour you'll create ease throughout the entire spine with breath-led movement to release habitual holding patterns, improve posture, and reconnect you to fluid, efficient movement.
