Have fun while you learn, practice, and apply the principles of takemusu aiki: the spontaneous manifestation of effortless aikido through the intention that all benefit. Aiki-Lab will enrich and invigorate your practice both on and off the mat!
Suggested seminar donation is $55.00, and includes mat fee ($40 for South Austin Aikido members).
