We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19
Dear Stone Oak Scuba family,

Due to COVID-19 we've decided to make a few changes:

• We will no longer operate the traditional brick and mortar store instead we will be transitioning to a 100% virtual store and training. Read more below about the transition. 

• We will maintain current days and hours of operation.

• New offerings with going virtual will include: on-location delivery/pickup, we will strive to deliver within 2 hours for gear and rentals, virtual calls, and improved online orders with our new redesigned website that allow us to serve and support our customers during this time and in the future.

Stone Oak Scuba is going virtual! What does that mean and what is changing?
We've decided with recent events and current technology that we can meet the needs of our community without the burden of a brick and mortar store. While it will be a little more work on our part, we believe that we can meet and exceed the current expectations of customer service that you've come to expect.

How's this going to work?
Simply put, everything from training, service and repairs, rentals, and gear purchases will now be online with our new redesigned website: www.stoneoakscuba.com 

You mentioned delivery?
You have 3 options to choose from.
1. Delivery: Using the website you can choose delivery and one of our delivery drivers will deliver (within 50 miles) the item or rental to you, usually less than 2 hours.
2. Shipping: Using the website you can select shipping and your item will arrive in about 2-3 days.
3. Pick-up (coming soon): If you choose to pickup the item we will have a designated location for you to drop-off/pick-up.

What about trips and socials?
No worries, we are continuing our social get togethers and will continue to book awesome dive trips. After all, that's why we dive!

What if I have questions?
Feel free to use the same methods you have been social media, phone, or use our new website to book an appointment and we will use zoom to due face to face calls.

What about services and rentals?
Services we currently offer will not change, the only thing that will change is that we will pickup and deliver the items for service or you are welcome to drop off/pick up.

Rentals will work the same way with the exception of air fills. If you have a tank that needs to be filled we will deliver you a full tank and exchange it for your empty tank. Once you've completed the rental, we will deliver your tank back to you full, and pickup the empty tank.

Will you every have a brick and mortar store again?
Yes, we are currently looking for a new location where we can host our more technical classes, but the majority of equipment sales will still be online.

What if I have equipment, services, or training already?
If you have equipment or services, just give us a call to make arrangements and we will arrange to have it delivered to you.

If you have training, someone will be contacting you within the next couple days to go over training schedules. We have a commitment to you our customers and our families and due to current restrictions with the COVID-19 we are still unable to complete training. However, we are completing the academic sessions so once the restrictions are lifted we will be ready to hit the pool and open water.
