TANA Yoga: A heartfelt thank you & updates for the end of 2025


As we head into the final two months of 2025, we want to share a couple of key updates and take a moment to express our immense gratitude for your practice this year.

Class Schedule Update
Starting next week, we will be pausing the Friday 9:00 am class for the months of November and December. We understand this may affect your routine, but please check our website or app for many other morning options available throughout the week! We'll re-evaluate this time slot for potential return in the New Year.

A Year of Growth and Gratitude
The energy you bring to the studio every day is truly what makes TANA Yoga special.

To our dedicated students who have been with us since the very beginning—thank you for a year of steady, consistent practice and for helping us create such a strong foundation. And to the many new faces who have joined us this year—we are so grateful you chose TANA Yoga as your home for wellness. Your enthusiasm has filled the studio with fresh energy!

Speaking of community support: We are absolutely thrilled and deeply honored that you voted us Best of the Illinois Valley! This award belongs to every single person who steps onto a mat here. Thank you for your belief in us.

Looking Ahead
With only eight weeks left in 2025, we are excited to focus on deep, restful practices to carry us through the holidays and set the stage for new beginnings. We look forward to connecting with you on the mat in the final weeks of the year, and we can’t wait to share some exciting plans and new offerings we have lined up for 2026.
