Hello Sparge Nation!
We have an another amazing month lined up for you!  First, we're welcoming two new food trucks to the lineup. Please welcome, Scrooge Maki and El Don, to the already amazing family of food trucks supporting the brewery.  We also have Blazing Wood Fired Pizza returning to the brewery.  Please check the calendar to see dates and times.  

Are you ready for the Big Game on Sunday, Feb 13th?  We sure are!  Georgia Boys BBQ will be out front serving up some of the best BBQ in the state. Get ready for pre-game specials, discounts on to-go beers, drawings for prizes after each quarter, and drinks specials during the game. It's going to be a good time!

Be on the look out for our Valentine Special this month!  Audacious Truffles has infused our beer into their amazing truffles, which we are pairing with a crowler of our new Valentine’s Day beer.  Come on guys, it doesn’t get any better than this!  Limited supply so be ready when they release on the Friday before Valentine’s Day.

Want to learn more about the new members of the Wellington Fire Department? Come meet the candidates during the Meet and Greet at Sparge on Thursday, February 3rd, at 6pm.  How about learning more about our Veteran and First Responder Beer Club?  In January, they removed snow for 10 senior citizens and sponsored a blood drive with UC Health.  Great people doing great things for the community.  If you are interested in joining or want more info, send an email to [email protected].

Folks, we've got some of NoCo's funniest people that are sure to make you belly laugh while drinking some brews! Bring your friends in for a night of jokes, laughter, and, of course, great beer.  We only host Comedy once a month, so now's the time to get your tickets for next month's show, on Wednesday, March 2nd.  Be sure to snag your tickets before they sell out!

Come make some unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry with the help of Fort Collins artists Carolyn Snyder, owner of Pour Decor, and Sarah Sypian.
Stop by Sparge for a drink and make a fun, new piece of jewelry for yourself or as a gift for someone else!  Pick from different colors and designs, as well as jewelry/accessory pieces like earrings, rings, pendants, bracelets, keychains, and purse/bag hooks.
Ticket cost is $30 for the materials and a beverage of your choice!  Any additional jewelry pieces can be made for the cost of $10.  Each ticket/piece of jewelry you create gives you a chance to win the painting created during the live demonstration of acrylic pouring!  This is a kid/family friendly event.  This is a mess-free activity (no painting involved).
***If less than 6 tickets are purchased in advance, the event is subject to cancelation, so get some friends together and come on by!***

Cassi, from Faith. Grace. Yoga., will be hosting yoga in the taproom again this month!  This class will take place on 
Saturday, February 12th, from 10-11:30am.
Join her for a beginner level HOTish yoga class! It will be the traditional sequence with some heat!! Ever been curious about hot yoga? Here’s your chance to experience it in a little less heat than you would find in a studio. Just bring yourself, your mat, a towel, and water! Give yourself the gift of community while finding movement with friends. Stay afterwards for $1 off drinks and a food truck will be there at noon! See you there!

Knit and Sip is back this month, 
on Wednesday, February 9th, at 5:30pm!
These super soft chunky knit blankets are available in soft white, black, 
pale grey, navy, burgundy, pink, amethyst, or a mix of any of these colors.
