You might notice a slightly different tone to our newsletter in the next couple of weeks, as Jamie, our newsletter maestro, has had her baby! Congratulations to Jamie and her family on this new addition. We're so excited to see what the future holds for your beautiful boy!

Our world is brimming with new life and springtime landscapes, reminding us of a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: "The earth laughs in flowers." This is ringing in our ears as our patio and outside areas are getting more colorful and green each day, making it a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or after-work drinks with friends.

Our live music series continues this week with a guitar and piano duo.

Acoustic artist Stephen David Ineson will be joined by pianist and organist "Bones" Bonito for this special night of music.

Ineson was a member of The Jack Rubies and Milagro Saints in the 1990s, playing local music venues and nationally at the Woody Guthrie Music festival in Oklahoma.

Pop on by, grab a drink, and listen to some good tunes with us!

Mark your calendars, we're celebrating mom in the best way possible: with our Grey Gardens inspired Mother's Day Brunch!

Why do we love the documentary of Big Edie and Little Edie so much? Is it because of their connection to Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis? Is it because we are fascinated by their fall from the top echelon of society to living in a dilapidated house ruled by feral cats? Is it the combination of eccentrics, glamour, and tragicomedy? Or could it just be that it's a universal story of the relationship between mother and daughter: a powerful bond that is both deeply affectionate and yet fraught with conflict?

We're honoring that bond with our Mother's Day Brunch! Channel Little Edie and wear your best scarf and leotard while dancing through the door to get your brunch plate. Or maybe Big Edie is more your style: back in the days before she was bed-ridden, she was known for her velvet dressing gowns, kimonos, palazzo pants, and wide-brimmed hats.

Whichever path you choose, we promise that you'll have some fun while eating a cat-food free brunch!
