More exciting news!

I am totally loving writing my newsletters on the sabbats of the wheel of the year, recognizing and honoring our seasons, rhythms and cycles. I am also finding that there is new and exciting content to share with you, my darlings, more frequently than every six weeks.

FOR EXAMPLE !!!

The folks at Plura ("an app that helps you connect with people who share your interests in burner, queer, polyamorous, kink, conscious, and alternative communities") noticed my content and asked me to teach a workshop on their platform! I am truly honored by this invitation, as Plura is a premiere app, leading the way in connecting likeminded folks, building community, offering education and promoting events. I will be translating my 4-6 week, in-person course into a

90-minute workshop.

This workshop will be held on Tuesday, December 10 at 6pm PST. If you are interested in checking it out, you can find it here ! If you're not yet a Plura member, do not fear! You can download the app for free here. The course will be free of cost for Plura Plus members, and $32 for those who do not pay for the "Plus" subscription.

We've had great experiences with our ketamine groups, and our next round is planned in January. Here are the dates:

1/6/25 - Group preparation, 3 - 5pm

1/8/25 - Group medicine session, 6 - 9pm

1/9/25 - Group integration, 5:30 - 6:30pm

1/15/25 - Group medicine session, 6 - 9pm

1/16/25 - Group integration, 5:30 - 6:30pm

1/22/25 - Group medicine session, 6 - 9pm

1/23/25 - Group integration, 5:30 - 6:30pm

These treatment arcs will include individual medical intake sessions with Dr. Prentice Steffen, completed virtually, prior to group prep. Respond to this email with any questions and to reserve your spot!
