Our newsletter this month will keep you updated on all the exciting events happening at Whimsical Wonders!

Have you heard the news? We are in the works of getting our Tea Bar finally OPEN! The official date is yet to be announced as we get it finished and ready to open. Until then we are working on a small menu of drinks that will be offered and includes the following:

Herbal Lemonades

Iced and Hot Teas

Also don't forget! We moved our Meditation Classes to Monday Nights and our Informational classes on Saturdays have been moved to after hours at 6pm so don't miss out on the fun – subscribe now and stay in the loop!

Our class schedule this month includes:

September 7th - Astrology 101 Class

Join Makena as she teaches the basics of Astrology. This is a beginner friendly class and will aid in understanding of the 12 Zodiacs, Planetary Bodies, and the 12 Houses.

Please bring paper and pencil to take notes as we will be covering a ton of useful information.

Class Fee is $10

September 14th - Tarot 103 Class

Come join Makena as she goes through how to fine tune readings by starting to learn to trust your intuition. She will be teaching how to slowly stop using your book and how to start trusting your instincts.

This is a continuation of the Tarot 102 Class so please bring your own decks as this will be another hands on class.

Class fee is $10

September 21st - Setting Intentions with Bracelet Making Workshop

Join Makena for a fun bracelet making class where you will learn about setting intentions into the jewelry pieces you hand create and which arm to wear it on. You will get to pick your own stones and customize the bracelet to your choosing.

Class fee is $15

September 25th - Creation of the Runes Class With Mark

Join Mark for a introduction to the elder futhark runes and learning to create your own personal set to utilize.

Class Fee is $20

September 28th - Class TBD

Other Events Include:

September 2nd - New Moon Blessings & Manifestations

The New Moon is the perfect time for starting over and planting the seeds of the future you envision. We will be doing manifestation work as well as offering blessings for anyone wishing to partake. Children are also welcome to join in this free experience.

Event will be after hours at 6pm and go until 8pm

September 10th - Volunteer Cleanup of Lamb Block/Jacobsen Building

We are looking for volunteers to help us get the 2nd and 3rd story of the old Lambs Quarter/Jacobson Building cleaned up to get ready for our historical tours and paranormal investigations!

The Clean up will start at 11am and will end after we have the 2 floors finished. We are hoping with more volunteers the quicker the clean up will go and are wanting to have 2 teams, one for each floor.

We will be meeting at Whimsy and walking over together for the clean up. Also as a thank you for our volunteers, we will be hosting a tour and investigation afterwards.

Please bring a mask and gloves with you, and we will be having a small waiver for our volunteers as time has not been this beautiful buildings friend.

September 17th - Full Moon Cleansings

The Full Moon is a time of letting go of things that no longer serve your higher good and cleansing away any negativity that may have found its way to you within the past month. We will be offering burnings as well as cleansings for body, soul and spirit. You are welcome to bring any spiritual tools that you may wish to have cleansed as well for this free event.

Event will be after hours at 6pm and go until 8pm

September 20th - Paranormal investigation of Whimsy

Investigations will be lead by Makena along with her students. We will be running groups of 6 for about 30 minutes each. This gives plenty of time to get an introduction to the spirits in shop and leave plenty of time for others to participate.

This is a Free Event that welcomes all ages

September 30th - Tea Club Social - Tea Ceremony

Join Makena for the end of the month Tea Ceremony for all our Tea Club Subscribes. This is a free event included in the subscription, and is a time to connect with other tea lovers from the community. The Tea of the Month will be the tea that is served and will be a part of a Chinese Tea Ceremony called Gongfu.

Event will be after hours at 6pm and go until 8pm
