Updates from Tranquil Sole Massage

Tranquil Sole Massage

We have some updates
Hello, Clients!
I hope this note finds you well. I feel I should acknowledge that it currently looks like winter outside. The fireplace is on high at the moment and I'm sipping coffee while the house warms up. The house sustained a high voltage surge last week and the furnace was one of many casualties. I'm especially grateful for that gas fireplace now! I may have to move folks around on the schedule a bit once we know when the new one is going to be installed.
I brought back the 60 and 75 minute sessions, after offering only 90 for quite some time. This has created a few openings in my schedule, starting in January.
You are encouraged to book yourself out and can do so for up to a year. You can also sign in to Square any time using your phone number to check and change your appointments. Of course I don't mind assisting if you prefer, but I want you to know that is available for you. Schedule and information are available here: http://tranquilsolemassage.com/ (scroll down to "Book an Appointment".
Gift certificates have been brought up recently. I stopped offering them to the general public, because folks were getting angry when they couldn't redeem for several months. However, if you are on my schedule already and a friend or family member wants to gift your next massage(s) to you, they can contact me and I will be happy to provide gift certificates for that. Or if you want to gift a friend, let me know and I'll book one of the January openings in your name to hold it.

And of course, COVID-19.... recently Steve had a direct exposure at work and was tested. While he was awaiting his negative result (yay!), he was off of work. I reached out to the clients directly who were on my schedule during that time and explained the situation. Some did have to cancel due to various circumstances. Please know that I will be in touch with you personally when/if these things come up. I'm fully prepared to shut down if either of us gets sick. And, my mask policy is 100% in effect at this time. No mask = no massage. It's my responsibility to practice safety for all of you. After all, massage is close contact for an extended period of time. I haven't figured out a way around that, yet ;-) What would you expect from a Registered Nurse besides a heavy dose of caution in the midst of a pandemic??

So far folks have been great about cancelling if they have so much as a sniffle. I appreciate that. It's never a problem. Know that if I have an unexpected bit of time off, I will find something to do (walk the dogs!). It never, ever upsets me.

Stay well, and thank you for your continued business!

Warmly,
Andrea Engel, RN, LMT
