January Events

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU?
This is the time in the New Year when the holiday fun has died down, and we're straight back into our daily routines.

And all the New Year's resolutions are starting to feel a bit like climbing a mountain, leaving us feeling that we've messed up before we've even begun! We're calling BS on that!

Just because we haven't accomplished our resolutions in these first few weeks, doesn't make anyone a failure. It makes you human.

We've been reading about the science of habits. It takes 3-7 days in a row to establish a habit. Think of it: you've created hundreds of habits in your life time.

The problem (especially with resolutions) is we choose huge actions instead of keeping it simple. "Get more exercise" is not a small item, but saying "walk 1/3 more than I usually do" or "take the stairs instead of the elevator" is totally doable!

We're fully embracing making small changes in 2026, which means any time is a good time to start something new, and here at Rebus, we're here to support you when you're ready.

In the meantime, we're going to be rolling out different event nights, like crafting nights, where you can try something new before committing fully.

We're currently building up our calendar for 2026, so look out for events being added each day! You can see our calendar here.
