You're Invited: Golden Hour Soirée (now open to all!)

We invite you to enjoy 7 stations of delicious accoutrements, carefully paired with our estate-grown wines in the most stunning setting. Evenings on the knoll are our favorite and we feel there is no better compliment to a summer sunset than great food, great wine, and great company. 

Each guest will get 2 servings from each station. In addition, there will be a bread bar with an assortment of made-from-scratch dips to choose from. We would describe this event as "heavy hors d'oeuvres". It is not a seated dinner. Instead, we encourage you to eat, mingle and enjoy the evening. 

Station I: Gazpacho shots paired with 2022 Seyval Blanc

Station II: Blackberry and blue cheese crostinis with salted butter paired with 2022 Love, Virginia Rosé

Station III: Smoked mozzarella ravioli with mint pesto paired with 2021 Merlot

Station IV: Protein Station: Wood fired steak medallion with chimichurri OR cauliflower steak (by request) paired with ...to be determined

Station V: Prosciutto and fresh peach on a bamboo skewer paired with 2022 Chardonnay

Station VI: Stuffed warm date with chevre, black walnuts, black pepper, honey and sea salt paired with 2022 Petit Manseng

Station VII: Mini Lahmacun "pizzas" paired with 2022 Pinotage

 

plus Bread bar with onion dip, tzatziki dip and pimento cheese

Due to the nature of this set-up, we will not be able to accommodate other dietary restrictions. This event is open to wine club first, then to the public if there are spots still open.
