We invite you to enjoy 7 stations of delicious accoutrements, carefully paired with our estate-grown wines in the most stunning setting. Evenings on the knoll are our favorite and we feel there is no better compliment to a summer sunset than great food, great wine, and great company.
Each guest will get 2 servings from each station. In addition, there will be a bread bar with an assortment of made-from-scratch dips to choose from. We would describe this event as "heavy hors d'oeuvres". It is not a seated dinner. Instead, we encourage you to eat, mingle and enjoy the evening.

Station VI: Stuffed warm date with chevre, black walnuts, black pepper, honey and sea salt paired with 2022 Petit Manseng
Station VII: Mini Lahmacun "pizzas" paired with 2022 Pinotage
