Update from Taylor Rae about Re-opening & COVID-19

STUDIO RɅE

We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19
Hello all of my wonderful clients,

First & foremost I hope you are staying safe & healthy during this time. Those of you who's appointments were affected by the salon closure from March 19th through May 8th, I truly appreciate your patience & understanding with me as we work through rescheduling all of your appointments. Again I want to thank all of your for your constant love and support throughout these many years we have been together and I can't wait to have you back in my chair!

With the re-opening of the salon right around the corner, I want to reach out and update you on the NEW salon policies & guidelines that will be implemented for all appointments moving forward.

NEW Salon Policies & Guidelines:

• I have completed the BARBICIDE Certification which means I have received training of proper sanitation and disinfecting practices & procedures consistent with the highest current industry standers.

• We will maintain a 6ft distance between client and stylist when not directly performing a service. As well as 6ft between our stations.

• All surfaces & tools will be properly sanitized before & after each client

I will be wearing a mask and gloves for the entirety of your service

YOU will also be required to wear a mask during your appointment.
If you forget yours or do not have one, one can be provided for you
(while supplies last)

• Unfortunately at this time no one is able to accompany you to your appointment. This includes children, family & friends.
   *NO EXCEPTIONS*

• When you arrive for you appointment please text me (720-633-7352) and I will kindly have you wait in your car until I am ready for you. My building is still closed to the public so I will need to come down to the lobby to let you in.

• Temperature checks are required before you enter the salon. If you have a temperature higher than 98 degrees we will need to reschedule your appointment.

• Beverage services will be at a minimum and we will not be using any reusable mugs or glasses. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages.

• Unless necessary for your service, we will only be providing a rough blow dry service at this time. As much as we all love the full blow out to complete your hair service, it has been strongly recommend to skip when possible.

With the situation and information provided to me by DORA & CDPHE constantly evolving, there could be more policies added to this list in the future. However, these are the steps that we need to take in order to be able to open safely on May 9th. if you have any questions / comments / concerns about the above information please don't hesitate to reach out.

I look forward to seeing you soon!

Best regards, Taylor Rae
