Moving News!
We are 90% sure we are not moving to Peverly Hill Rd. We are leaning toward a remodel if it makes financial sense. There is some concern on remodel cost vs. how long we can stay. There is some talk of taking down our wing and building condos, although not an easy process and not happening anytime soon. This, however, could limit our lease options making it better to move within Portsmouth.
We do not expect a disruption in service.
