🔥 Pop-Up Alert: Čha•k’os Fire Pit is Firing Up for Stommish Weekend! 🔥

’I’stiya-s’ihlen—Let’s Go Eat!

Get ready to feed your spirit and your appetite this weekend!

The 80th Annual Stommish Water Festival is finally here, and while our hands are raised in respect to this incredible historic gathering, our grills are firing up! We are opening up our backyard to share the absolute best of our waters with you.
Join the family at the Čha•k’os Fire Pit Pop-Up this Saturday (June 20) and Sunday (June 21). We're welcoming friends, relatives, and neighbors to pull up a plate and gather together. We’ve got fresh-off-the-boat King Salmon, Halibut, and Dungeness Crab ready for the fire—100% local Salish Seafood cooked with true hospitality!

🌊 Our Heritage, Our Promise: "Sustainably Harvested by Indigenous People of the Salish Sea"

📅 When & Where to Gather for the Pop-Up
Our alder wood smoke and fires will be rising right in the Gooseberry Point neighborhood in Lummi, WA—just down the road from the main Stommish Grounds and right near the Lummi Island Ferry. Come pull up a plate at our family home!
📍 Address: 2542 Lummi View Drive, Bellingham, WA 98226
🌅 Stommish Warrior Breakfast (7:00 AM – 10:30 AM): Wake up with the sun and fuel up before the canoes take to the water! We are serving breakfast burritos.
☀️ Lunch & Dinner (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Keep your energy high through the afternoon with our Salish Sea Plates (served alongside homemade potato salad & beans), Skipper’s Top Picks, or Stommish Princess Favorite Sides.

🐟 Our Full Ancestral Fire Pit Spread
The Salish Sea has looked after our people since time immemorial, and we honor that relationship in every dish we prepare. Our open-fire cooking honors traditional flavors, bringing a rich smokiness straight to your plate.
