HairStar Salon & Extension Co.

Happy New Year Beauties!!!

We have some updates regarding COVID-19 and Salon changes!
Dear HairStar Salon & Extension Co. community,

Happy New Year HairStars! I pray this email finds you all safe and well. These are truly some challenging times but we are all in this together. HairStar plans to continue to operate during this new strain of COVID-19 unless orders are put out not too. However, things will remain in place as usual but I ask that all customers adhere to the rules old and new.  I want us all to remain safe, that is most important.

• There is to be ONLY 1 Person in the building being serviced at a time. Please do not bring anyone with you during time of service in the building. Your appointment will be cancelled and a fee charged for the inconvenience. We must all do our part and participate in social distancing. If you have children please make arrangements prior to your appointment. For those bringing children and elderly clients for a service that need assistance you will be able to walk them in. Please still follow salon protocol and once they are settled please remain in your car and you will be called once you're able to come in and get them or if needed for further assistance. Thank you all in advance for understanding. They are really cracking down on our businesses so trying my best to be proactive but most importantly safe.

• HairStar will have periodic professional cleanings to ensure safer and cleaner premises. HairStar is already sanitized daily but professional services are going to help with deep cleaning. Please help HairStar stay clean by not bringing offsite food and drinks into the building. Water is permitted but please insure it is in a sealed container. I.e. Bottled water, airtight canister or cup. There has been some remodeling at HairStar recently and it will continue throughout 2021. We ask that you help us keep it clean and sanitary. As you enter and exit HairStar please have on your mask and immediately wash your hands upon entering the building. During shampoo service you will need to wear your mask. It may be best to wear a disposable mask during this time to protect your mask from things such as chemical services if that is an option you choose. Masks are available if needed but please remember you cannot enter the building without a mask. The door will be locked at all times so please call if you arrive and are not greeted or the door isn't already unlocked for you. Sometimes I do run over, I try my best to be proactive and call first, but if I happen not to, I ask that you remain in your vehicle and you will be called once you're able to enter.

• HairStar is working diligently on the updated website. Hair products will be able to be purchased online and be available for pick-up during your service or within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, please remember to book online at squareup.com/appointments/book/CXATTBD7Z2QR This is the best way to ensure your quickest booking as I'm not immediately available to answer all text messages. If you have yet to create a profile please do so now or contact me ASAP to create one. I will soon be transitioning to all online booking by 2022. Please refer to your booking if you need to cancel or reschedule. I will no longer cancel/ reschedule for you. Please do so on the site as their are protocols in place for that. This is a case by case basis of course. But if you know in advance please refer to the booking site to do so. As always, repeated NO CALL/NO SHOWS/FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS will require deposits for future bookings possibly leading to no longer being serviced by me! I am more then accommodating to all of my clients things do happen but I'm sometimes taken advantage of and I'm starting to feel it. So help me by only booking when you are sure and certain. Thank you again for understanding and please feel free to contact me if need be.

Thank you so much for sticking with HairStar. We look forward to continuing to support each other during these challenging times.
