We listen to and appreciate your feedback! Since it's our goal to bring you the best, we've asked our staff and guests for feedback, and we wanted to share some favorites. Our current fan favorites are listed below in no particular order.
Appetizers: Cantaloupe Soup, pureed with chilled cucumbers, grapes, and just a hint of jalepeño.
Strawberry Salad, with fresh mixed greens, cheese, and a honey ginger vinaigrette.
Both of these items pair really well with the Gavi 2015, a lightly sweet white wine, with notes of apple and pear. It is made by a vineyard known for its biodynamic farming style (meaning no pesticides or fertilizer are used at all).
