Come on out to the winery as we welcome back to the Whistling Duck music stage, FRANK MARTIN GILLIGAN, performing from 2 to 5 PM. 

Frank grew up in NYC, but when he was 19 years old..…Texas happened.. Frank moved to Beaumont, Texas, in the late 70's,he immediately formed MASON DIXON, a Texas vocal group that enjoyed a pretty good run on the charts and on the road in the 1980's and 90's. They played with just about everyone who was big in Country music at the time and racked up 13 Billboard chart singles as well. 

Frank Martin Gilligan can be seen and heard all over the state of Texas and beyond these days. Frank's "Silver Dollar" CD his first solo effort, released in 2015 was very favorably received by independent radio. The title song "Silver Dollar" spent 4 weeks at #1 on the Roots Americana Chart and was rated #13 overall for the year! Aside from touring the U.S., Frank makes a yearly visIt to his ancestral homeland of Ireland.

MAGGIE REESE is a breath of fresh air and a new face on the country music scene. She is a singer/songwriter with a classic country soul and a huge voice. Her artistry has been compared to the trailblazing style of Dolly Parton, Miranda Lambert’s sassy edge and attitude, George Strait’s honest, straight forward traditional country music, and the haunting simplicity of Johnny Cash, just to name a few. These icons, along with many others, have influenced Maggie Reese’s beautiful, strong powerful voice.

Maggie Reese is a true Texan currently residing in Spring, Texas. She began performing on stage at the age of 8 years old and has since been selected for college musicals, in church productions and in the school choir. She is now following her true calling – Country Music!
