We will remember 2020 as a unique year and it was just that in the orchard! The summer was blisteringly hot and dry and the autumn seasonally cool and mildly wet. What a year! The result is now ready to savor.
Our Noquochoke Bone Dry Cider has dramatic perfume of candy apple, tropical fruit with floral perfume. Bone dry means absolutely no sugar (unlike the "dry" ciders from the big companies). The result is lip smacking tartness that is balanced by mouthwatering tanin (from quince) and refreshing acidity.
Our Noquochoke Cider is grown on a century old orchard just across the river from our farm.
The Blend: 4% Macoun, 4% Granny Smith, 4% Blushing Golden, 4% Jonathan, 4% Honey Crisp, 4% Rhode Island Greening, 9% Field Mix, 10% Quince, 9% Stark, 9% Mutsu, 15% Cortland, 19% Gala, 5% Pear = 100% Naturally Delicious Local Cider.
