BREAD OF THE WEEK
"Jalapeño Business" with local organic jalapeños and Tillamook cheddar cheese
"Orange You Sweet" with dried cranberries and orange zest
Our whole wheat with seeds "Whole Lotta Loave" will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday.
We always have Country, Old World Sourdough, Rosemary and Olive breads along with Baguettes all week.
PASTRIES OF THE WEEK
Pumpkin Tarts are back.
Saturday we will be doing the Paris-Brest again, a Choux pastry filled with a hazelnut and almond praline moussaline.
Look to see local pears and apples in many of our items as we get really into fall
QUICHE OF THE WEEK
This week is a Quiche Lorraine (bacon and Swiss cheese) and since broccoli is at the farmers market again, Broccoli Cheddar
BREAD PUDDING SATURDAYS
This week our Brioche Bread Pudding will have fruit on the top, probably strawberries, ohhh maybe and rhubarb.
