RE-OPENING MAY 15TH!
Dear Mandarin Salon Community

Mandarin Salon will be officially re-opening Friday May 15th! We are all excited to get back to work! Some stylists will have alternate schedules and we will be getting in contact with you with in the next 24-48 hours to schedule or reschedule your appointment. Please be patient as we have many clients to get in touch with.
With the upcoming "re-opening" of Mandarin Salon, there will be some new rules for our clients to follow before entering the salon for your upcoming visits.
1. Upon arriving for your appointment, please text/call your stylist/nail tech to let them know when you arrive. Please wait in your car untill your stylist/nail tech texts or calls you for you to come into the salon.
2. Because we are not able to keep the 6 foot distance you will be required to wear some sort of mask the entire visit. Please bring this with you and have it on covering both mouth and nose before entering the salon. If you do not have a mask we will have masks that you can purchase for $2.00 each.
3. There will be no children or guest allowed to enter with you . Please have them stay home or wait in the car. For children and people with special needs they may have 1 parent/caregiver with them who must wait in the designated waiting area during the appointment.
4. Nail clients, before sitting down for your appointment you will be asked to wash your hands. Please refrain from touching your face and phone during the duration of your appointment.
5. To minimize the risk to other clients and stylists, if you are exhibiting any cold or flu like symptoms( ie: cough, sore throat, fever, chills etc.) you will not be allowed to keep your appointment. No Exceptions! Please reschedule ahead of time, if you enter and sound sick you will be asked to leave and reschedule.
6. There will be no walk-in availability to ensure the protection of all guests. Please do not stop in to book appointments, please call the salon, or text your stylist. We will all be very busy playing catch up so please help us help you by pre-booking for the next few months.
7. Please do no ask one of us to make exceptions as this will not be fair to other clients and staff and puts us in an uncomfortable situation. If you do not want to abide by these new rules just kindly say you will pass on your appointment. We completely respect your rights if this is not the way you want to move forward.
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate through unprecedented times together. We are doing our best to to stay up to date on how to best move forward sanitizing and proper etiquette to ensure the protection of all of us while getting back to doing hair and nails. We miss you all so much!
