Founded in 1962 by Alvin Joyce, Joyce Farms remains a proud, family-owned business. Today, Alvin's son Ron, along with his grandsons Ryan and Stuart, continue the legacy. Their headquarters and USDA-inspected poultry processing facility are in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with partner farms across the Carolinas and Georgia.

We now have these in stock as whole birds and bone-in breast!

Pictured above is the patio at Molley Chomper. They were spared the flooding of Hurricane Helene, so they’ve been feeding their community. We reached out to offer our assistance, and their response was that we should buy their product, as they weren’t expecting the usual foot traffic from visitors coming to see the fall changing of the leaves.

We received the bottles a few days ago, and then we saw the message on Instagram about their Paw Paw bottling. Here is the message from Molley Chomper:

“It’s with mixed emotions that we release our first pawpaw cider, made from a co-ferment of pawpaw fruit from Mountain Paradise Nursery and apples from our farm. The cider has been resting since 2022, and we were so excited to let it go…and then Helene hit us. Unfortunately, our friend Tim Baker, who runs Mountain Paradise Nursery, had extensive damage to his operation. Please consider contributing to the GoFundMe on his page to help rebuild (we’re sure his needs exceed the goal, so don’t hold back!).

If you want to help, think about bringing Molley Chomper to Thanksgiving or maybe giving them as a special holiday gift.

We’re still in shock about what happened to our neighbors in the mountains, and we’re doing what we can here by collecting Go Fund Me requests and adding them to our relief page. Most of the people we’ve contacted who are still operating have requested that we promote their products, as they want to avoid missing out on fall visitors. We are working on acquiring more of their goods, so keep Rebus in mind as you start your holiday shopping.
