Due to ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities.

Below, you will find all of the safety measures we are implementing. However, as members of the community that has supported us for years we wanted to do what little we can to give back during these turbulent times.
•All healthcare employees will receive 50% off ANY repair until April 15th
•All Emergency service staff will receive 50% off ANY repair Until April 15th
•All EDU Staff will receive 50% Off ANY repair until April 15th
•We have introduced free pick up and delivery service. One of our techs will repair most model devices on site from our repair van.
•We have extended hours as long as the state permits, we realize a lot of businesses are having to cut hours and as options get slimmer we want to be there for you.
•We have added a 24hr chat option on our website if you need technical assistance.

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority so while we continue to serve you please take into consideration some of the changes we have made to help protect our customers and staff.
1. We have removed sit down waiting areas in all locations.
2. We will be opening at 11:00AM instead of 10:00AM to allow our staff time to clean and sanitize the entire store.
3. All devices will be cleaned and sanitized before and after we handle it.
4. You may notice some of our staff electing to wear protective gloves or face masks.
