It is with a heavy heart that we must leave Ferndale. We would like to extend our deepest appreciation and sincerest gratitude to everyone who has supported us in so many ways, everyone that helped keep our doors open in some very scary times when we did not know if we could even stay open one more day.
We knew the food business was a tough business to go into, Ferndale was the perfect first stop for New Mexico Tamale Company. Not only did our customers teach us a few things, we were also able to teach many about our Hatch Red and Green Chile and the true flavors from the Southwest.
It has taken careful planning and organization to ensure that during the transition we minimize the down time and the impact on our current business operations to continue to be able to serve our local Ferndale Family as best we can.
We are currently looking forward to celebrating National Tamale Day on March 23rd, YES… there is a National Tamale Day, and we are excited to be Celebrating it here in Ferndale with all our customers that have been there for us and helped us grow every step of the way.
For now, we will stay focused on our flavors and our service to ensure that we continue to serve you the best way we can.
Please be patient with us shortly after March 23rd as we try to slowly work on transitioning to the new location, we will keep you posted on the changes as they progress.
