That's right.! Facials are back and I can't tell you how excited I am! I've missed everything about skincare and all that it has to offer. From helping you transform your skin to providing much needed relaxation in your day (oh and let's not forget extractions). So cut the lights, cue the spa music and climb into comfy bedding (snoring is not only permitted, it's encouraged).
What we are doing to keep you safe at Refresh Skin Lab/ Urban Luxury Salons
• Common areas and studios have been “fog’ sanitized and we will continue to do so twice a week
• Our exhaust system completely replaces the air in the salon 10 times per hour
• Limited Staff and Guests
• All employees wear masks and gloves (washing hands between services and throughout the day)
• Additional time scheduled to fully disinfect and sanitize between clients
• Medical grade disinfecting throughout the day in common areas, door handles etc
What I am asking of you:
• Please wait outside or in your car for your appointment, text me at
303-946-5588 to notify me of your arrival and I will text you back when ready. Once cleared to enter, feel free to come straight to my suite (last row, last suite on the left)
• You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival
• A Covid specific form must be filled out and temperature may be taken
• Please only bring necessary items with you. Less is more.
• No food or beverage will be allowed (if necessary, water bottles are the exception). We will not have beverage service available
• PLEASE try to avoid credit card and cash payments. Contact-less payments are the best and safest way to pay for your services (Venmo @kristenapples under Kristen Johnson, Zelle, Paypal or checks.
• All clients and staff must wear a mask. If you forget a mask, I have them available for $5
• Do not bring anyone with you (this includes children)
• PLEASE do not come in if you have any type of illness, cough, fever, loss of smell and/or taste within 5 days and/or been exposed to anyone with covid-19 in the last 14 days
