Cancellation and Refund Policy
Polices and Procedures update!

These policies and procedures have been in place since January 1, 2021.
These polices ensure that appointments are completed with care and kindness, and with enough time in place to help our therapists heal as many as possible throughout the day.
Cancellation Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to session date and time.
If appointment cancelled within 24 hours of session date and time a fee will be applied (50% of session fee)
Clients who no show (more than 5 minutes late, with no call or text) will be cancelled and charged for the full session. (pre bought hours will lose session)
we will do our best to reschedule you at a convenient time for both the client and therapist.
Reschedule: If clients reschedule their appointment more than 3 times they lose that session. If the client cancels or rescheduled more than 5 times they are removed from the client list
Sale items are non-refundable. You are welcome to gift hours to others. If sale item is cancelled same day *exception of illness* client will lose this session.
We understand emergencies arise, please contact us if you believe you have extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule. Please call or text 603 351 0566

Refund procedure:
Refunds are completed within 60-90 days.
We complete all refunds through our system and we will notify you when the refund has been processed on our end.
Refunds are on non-sale items only (E Gift cards, Gift certificates, pre bought members packages or monthly memberships.)
If refund is requested for medical reason client must provide a doctor's note prior to refund being processed.
If refund is requested, client is removed from client list.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
Clients and our staff should all feel safe at all times.
If a client or staff member breaks the zero-tolerance rule, they will be banned from The Sensory Space for life.
 (Inappropriate behavior, talk, or touch are not allowed.)
We enforce these policies and procedures to ensure we provide the best service to all our clients and out of respect for our therapist's body, mind and time.
We understand that not everyone is familiar with these policies and we wanted to ensure everyone has this information!
