Dear Neighbor,
August marks two years in our little bakeshop.
Without getting too sentimental, I wanted to acknowledge that our work--daily production, cultivating the skills and ambition of a diverse team, responsible management of operations--is rarely easy and often unforgiving; and the path of excellence is often thorny and winding.
The people of Winter Haven, you and your families, have become an integral part of Honeycomb's identity and supported us in a way that fills me with enough determination to persevere with my team along that thorny path with courage. Thank you for supporting our work.
