Join us Sunday Mornings 10am-11am and Tuesday evenings at The Heal Room for a small class of Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow led by Ana. Bring your own mat (or use one of ours) and yourself for an easy to follow flow, perfect for beginners & intermediate practitioners. Our sessions usually incorporate meditation, joint movements, deep stretches, sun salutations, pranayama & mantra chanting.

Join artist Alana Con as she leads this special Friday night pre-Mother’s Day Pottery Painting Workshop. Local artists have lovingly created pots and dishes for you to paint on Friday, May 5th. Your work will then be fired and returned in time for a special Mother’s Day gift. Participants are invited to bring a friend or Mother figure. This will be an opportunity to check out The Heal Room’s curated collection of products, plus connect with the owners after hours. Wine and snacks will be provided!

Make your own Meditation Kit in this intimate workshop intended to help you release, relax, let go, and find joy through a creative healing practice. You will be guided to tuning into the playful & soothing energy of Blue Lace Agate + Carnelian healing crystals to inspire a watercolor painting that will be included in your kit. You’ll leave with your own complete Meditation Kit, a beautiful connection to a community of mindful folks, and the tools to inspire your own Meditation practice!

Our welcoming community of women is dedicated to exploring and embracing our divine femininity through shaking our hips to the rhythm of the music.We believe that through sensual movement, we can reclaim our bodies from patriarchal forces that have suppressed and sexualized us. Our circle is a celebration of joy and playfulness where we can express ourselves through movement, art, and music, and share meaningful conversations in a supportive and uplifting sisterhood.
