Join us Sunday Mornings 10am-11am and Tuesday evenings at The Heal Room for a small class of Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow led by Ana. Bring your own mat (or use one of ours) and yourself for an easy to follow flow, perfect for beginners & intermediate practitioners. Our sessions usually incorporate meditation, joint movements, deep stretches, sun salutations, pranayama & mantra chanting.
